NexJen Services, Inc.

WHAT WE DO

The NexJen team scrapes state and county websites, 24 hours a day to receive the most up-to-date records possible.

The evolution of technology has certainly made many things more efficient and convenient. We at NexJen, use an automated process to search our resources but there is one thing we will never automate, extraction.

Over the years, we have learned, automating the data extraction process of federal and state tax liens poses many problems that interfere with the accuracy of the data. Not all data is recorded the same within each county or state agency. Because of this fact, NexJen services reviews each and every records being extracted with our very own eyes. Although, computers can make the process faster, it simply can’t verify the quality like the human eye.

JENNIFER LANE

WHO IS NEXJEN SERVICES?

President

Jennifer has been in the tax debt resolution industry for 19 years. Her experience spans from team management, process evaluation and efficiency, lead development and customer service. She has a keen eye for statistical review and implementing change when change is needed.

She believes it’s key to enjoy the simpler things in life. Whether she is instigating a marshmallow fight with her 3 daughters, watching a good Hallmark Christmas movie marathon or doing a late night run to the store for ice cream and sour patch kids for a living room camping night, Jennifer loves to make sure her kids are smiling.

Paige is Jennifer’s 21 year old who recently graduated with a certificate in medical billing and coding. She is also attending the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley), part time, majoring in Psychology and Social Work while still working full time. She hopes to go into behavioral analysis and detective work with the FBI as a long term goal. She prefers to relax in the comforts of her own home with her boyfriend Garrett, and my fur grandbaby, Scout.

Caitlynn is 18 and graduated from high school in May. As a freshman, she received her academic letter for being on honor roll each semester. She maintained the honor roll every semester of high school and because of this she was inducted into the National Honor Society the end of her junior year. She did community service with her towns Youth Advisory Council. Caitlynn wants to go to culinary school and become a master in the baking side of the kitchen. She wants to create a YouTube channel baking goodies but also speaking on her autism to help educate others.

Miss Eryn Haley…being Jennifer’s 16 year old junior, is the funny and chaotic child. She currently wants to become an animator but lately has expressed interest in marine biology and tattooing. She is learning ASL (American Sign Language), has been inducted into the American Sign Language National Honor Society, was invited to join the National Honor Society and also received her academic letter as a freshman for being an honor roll straight A student. Fun fact about Eryn, she tends to bring up silly conversation topics like “how do you milk and almond"?’ or begins her mornings by sending a “joke of the day” to her mom and sisters. Lately she loves emailing or texting music lyrics and once her mom or sisters open the email or text, they quickly realize they have been “Rick Rolled.”
